COVID-19 Update

We hope that you and your families are healthy and getting through these difficult times with the least amount of complications and disruptions. We know it is not easy for anyone right now.

Upscape Team

Our team has worked tirelessly over the past month to manage cancelations and rescheduling. We are very appreciative of our partners for their flexibility with cancelations and rescheduling. This is extra work for everyone in the industry and we are grateful for all the support shown and the positive response to the needs of our travelers. At Upscape, we all remain healthy and are connected and working from home for as long as necessary. We will continue with 100% of our employees through a voluntary reduction of hours and are pleased that we can maintain our staff and benefits through these more difficult months. While we have reduced staff hours, all departments are open and operating Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm GMT+3.

Operations

Like everyone, we are waiting for things to return to normal as soon as possible. We hope that restrictions will begin to ease in May and that we can return to our normal operations in June. We will adjust our plans as necessary as the restrictions evolve. The Chile ski season begins in July and we plan to be fully operational at that time and continue to host skiers and riders through the season into September. At this time major ski resorts are offering flexibility with deposits and should it not be possible to travel will offer refund or credit.

Your Travel Investment

Upscape will always work with our travelers to ensure the best possible resolution of any travel cancelations or interruptions. For the vast majority of persons traveling in March and April we were able to work with our partners to secure full refunds or credits for future travel. We will always put the needs of our travelers first and work tirelessly for the best resolution. We also urge all of our travelers to further protect their travel investment by insuring their trip through our partner Global Rescue.
