Here at Upscape, we are still up and running, planning, talking with partners, researching new products and handling reservations. We want to assure you that we’re taking all possible precautions to keep the team safe, working from our respective homes, and keeping in communication via online platforms. We are excited to help you plan your trip and ensure you have all the information you need for arriving and traveling smoothly.

Situation in CHILE

The Chilean borders are open to international travelers and there is no quarantine period when arriving. Please see the information provided by the Chilean government regarding entry requirements https://www.chile.travel/en/traveltochileplan/

Safety Protocols for our Travelers

When it’s time for visitors to come back to Chile, Upscape will be following the strictest protocols as recommended by both health and tourism authorities, erring on the side of caution. We have the World Travel and Tourism Council SafeTravel tour operator protocols in place. These protocols will be in place from the very beginning throughout the entire trip to make sure that travelers´ safety is paramount. We will limit our suppliers to those who also conform to these protocols and work only with those that can assure us complete compliance.

Remote and Private: The Upscape Way of Traveling

We consider ourselves lucky at Upscape because our focus on remote destinations with private groups easily lend themselves to travel in the times of COVID. Our private homes, for example, cater to your small group with a very small set of hand-picked staff (who have also been observing health protocols). Similarly, and even more remotely, the private camps ensure no contact with anyone other than your Upscape guides and your own traveling companions as you take in Chile’s natural splendor. Private boats offer an additional level of protection, where your floating home is surrounded by pristine waters and no other humans for miles.
