Meet our Team
Upscape was created from the lives of Brian Pearson and Sira Berté, two Americans who were convinced by their travels through South America to leave their corporate careers in the states to settle in Chile. With roots in Santiago, they continued to grow their network—Upscape’s network—across Chile, Argentina and Uruguay. Their motivation is to help Upscape travelers see the side of South America that changed their lives. And their energy and passion go into each Upscape experience.
