Arrive at San Martin de los Andes airport (CPC) where you will meet your Upscape representative. Travel through the Patagonian steppe and wide-open skies to the Chapelco ski resort where you will spend the next two days shredding powder. Chapelco ski resort offers 28 ski runs each surrounded by a white oak forest with spectacular panoramic views of Lanín National Park, Lake Lácar and the Lanín Volcano. Following a long day on the slopes, settle into either Hotel Boutique Casa de Eugenia located at the foot of the mountain or the cozy Casona del Alto.
Start the day skiing at the Chapelco ski resort before traveling south to Cerro Bayo. Take the day to enjoy the panoramic trails and easily accessed backcountry of some of the best tree runs in South America. A smaller resort with 13 lifts and 2 gondolas, the Cerro Bayo ski resort has almost zero wait time. Come evening, settle into your hotel for the next two nights either at the Correntoso lodge or the classic Las Balsas hotel.
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before spending another day hitting the slopes at the Cerro Bayo Ski Resort. Come late afternoon, head back to your hotel for the evening.
Travel to the Cerro Cathedral ski resort for three days of adventure skiing. Cerro Catedral is a world class ski and adventure resort where skiers of every stripe will find terrain. Optionally, travelers can choose to go to the Baguales Mountain Reserve located in the province of Río Negro, in Argentina about 30 miles south of San Carlos de Bariloche. Following a long day on the slopes, settle into either the Snow-covered Galileo just 250 meters from lifts and gondolas at the base of Cerro Catedral or the Pire-Hué hotel in Bariloche.
After enjoying breakfast at your perspective hotel travel to the Bariloche’s airport (BRC) in time for your flight back.
