Casablanca I

For wine lovers and cyclists (and those who are a combination of both), we highly recommend staying in the heart of Chile’s Casablanca wine valley. This is a great spot for wine tours, whether you’re a classic Carmenere-lover, or want to try some of Chile’s cool-weather wines that benefit from the cool morning mist in parts of this valley.

From Casablanca, it’s also a quick drive to colorful Valparaíso, declared a UNESCO site in 2005, or Viña del Mar, its sister city. For those who love cycling, the Casablanca area is a dream with rides possible on the quiet, smooth back roads of Casablanca or through the vineyards, if that’s more your style.
